1. Refund and Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

  • Unopened and sealed products may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

  • Opened products may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

    • Clear documentation (e.g., photos) is provided showing potential defects such as damaged packaging or quality issues, and

    • The issue is reported within 5 Business days of opening the product.

1.2 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Contact our support team at bioclinx@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  • If the product is confirmed to be defective, return shipping costs will be covered by BioClinx LLC.

  • All eligible returns must be sent to:

1.3 Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received or the issue is validated.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

1.4 Exceptions and Conditions

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products damaged due to improper handling, mixing, storage, attempted use, or any deviation from proper laboratory procedures after delivery.

  • The Company reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if there is evidence of tampering, attempted use, or product degradation.

  • All returns must be received in their original packaging with intact labeling and seals
